Tracy Webster, founder of Impact Life Group, brings over 32 years of experience in the wellness, health, and medical industry. Throughout his career, Tracy has seen firsthand the challenges employers face in managing rising healthcare costs and supporting employee wellbeing.
To address these challenges, he developed innovative wellness programs designed to educate, empower, and engage individuals in taking ownership of their health and lifestyle choices.
